  PHISHING

Phishing is perhaps the most common type of scam. It’s a criminal attack that uses email as the main vehicle of diffusion. The technique, based on deception, is particularly devious because it tries to induce the potential victim to perform an action that allows the criminal to launch his attack.

Criminals use communications sent by e-mail or SMS which, without violating the bank’s security systems, aim to obtain personal data from the recipient, such as access codes to online services or credit card numbers. These communications are often similar to those you receive from the bank and invite you to click on a link. This link often redirects you to a bogus copy of the official website with the intention of obtaining access data for banking services.

Solution Bank will NEVER ask you via e-mail or message for your ID or Password to log in.

HOW TO RECOGNIZE A SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE
